It is important to note that space availability will NOT be checked. We will assume that a chosen property or a similar property is available. All rates are subject to reconfirmation when actual space is reserved.

Deposit / Cancellation - In General

Long Term Planning (6 months and greater prior to arrival) Once space is confirmed, a hotel deposit of $500.00 is due within 30 days (this deposit establishes a priority for your booking with cash). Six months prior to arrival, $50.00 per person is due (this deposit qualifies the actual size of your group - should you need more space, chances are we can get it. If you are holding too much space, the hotel has a fair chance to resell any units released).

The initial deposit of $500.00 is non refundable. Six months prior to arrival $25.00 per person is non refundable.

Short Term Planning (Within 6 months of arrival) Once space is confirmed, $50.00 per person is due within 15 days, $25.00 per person is non refundable.

Final Payment and Rooming Lists are due 60 days prior to departure. After final payment there are no refunds for cancellation.

Transportation: Additional deposit and cancellation requirements may be required for travel tickets. Those requirements are in additional to hotel deposits and will be clearly indicated at confirmation.

It is important to note that the above policies are a guideline and "in general" will apply. Should other deposit / cancellation policies be in effect they will be clearly detailed at confirmation.

All rates are subject to change prior to final payment. Any changes will be justified to the group and usually include such things as fluctuations in exchange rates, tax rates and fuel surcharges.
